Shelby Williams

Shelby Lynn Williams is your 2020 Miss Rodeo Arizona.

Shelby is Twenty-three years old, she resides in Tucson Arizona along with her family and all her farm critters. She has been the reigning 2015-2016 Benson Butterfield Rodeo Queen and the 2017-2018 Sonoita Rodeo Queen. Accomplishing an early high school graduation, she currently attends Pima Community College working towards a bachelor’s degree in Nursing Science.

Since her youth, Shelby has been a very confident and competitive horse rider, winning gymkhana’s and barrel racing events throughout the state of Arizona. She currently is a competing member and Youth Director with Ccobra (cowboys and cowgirls barrel racing association) and any rodeo, barrel race she and her horse’s PC and Biscuit can get their hooves on. She has plans to one day be a part of the Turquoise Circuit and run barrels with the WPRA (Women’s Pro Rodeo Association). In her free time from attending Pima Community College full time, Shelby loves to ride her horse’s, and takes great pride in running her own business helping those with special needs and all walks of life become involved with horses in addition to other farm animals.

Shelby is grateful to be the official rodeo ambassador for Arizona. She has high hopes of attending many rodeos, she also plans to visit schools, hospitals, senior centers and other places. She hopes to share her love of rodeo and the western lifestyle with many different people. She feels so blessed to have the opportunity to be the 2020 Miss Rodeo Arizona as well as being able to compete for Miss Rodeo America title, in December 2020 during the National Finals Rodeo as her reign as Miss Rodeo Arizona comes to an end.
